According to the definition of the establishment in Resolution 145/2020, as a sole proprietorship owned by one natural person through which he exercises economic activity and is responsible for its business, unlimited personal responsibility.

Notifications are received by text message and email.

Submitting an application to the Economic licensing team, provided that the following requirements are met:
1 - Attaching an undertaking from the service agent not to ask the licence owner for any rights or demands.
2- The licence has expired a year or more ago, or the term of the service agent contract, if any, has expired.
The service agent must prove with a document from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation that there are no workers.
